Facility robotics systems integrator · since 2016

We do not sell robots. We reorganise facility work through technology.

We analyse your organisation and redistribute the work between people, equipment, robots and protocols. The robots do what they do best; your teams do the rest.

Who we are

Cleaning robotics pioneer since 2016.
Inventor of Robotic Integration since 2026.

Facilibot is neither a manufacturer nor a distributor. We analyse your service baseline and reorganise the service around three levers: quality, savings, reliability. Robots are part of the solution.

In the field

Our robots have been
running since 2017.

2016Facilibot is foundedMachine fleet management and facility management converge on one trade: robotic deployment.
2017A European firstThe first robot in operation in Europe in a hypermarket-type retail space.
2018Airports and shopping centresFirst deployments with the Avidbots Neo, including Paris Charles-de-Gaulle, where cleaning runs at night.
2019A Crystal robotThe first shopping centre equipped with a marble crystallisation robot.
2022A capital CarrefourFirst trials with Carrefour on a Carrefour Market format: TEO on the sales floor, in daytime, among customers.
2026Robotic Integration is bornSeven families, three manufacturers, nineteen models listed, four branches, five regions — and a naming system inherited from the TBOT family.

Our method

We do not install a robot.
We reorganise a service.

Facilibot comes from machine fleet management and facility management; the robot came afterwards. We named that practice e-facility management®. Analysis of what exists, then a real trial on your site — both at our expense. Costed study within 48 hours.

Reorganisation and robotic deployment

Staffing is redefined with you and your provider: organisation, schedule, hours. A robot intervention zoning is created.

Three ways to equip your site

Buy outright,
or rent and then
own.

The budget released by the reorganisation funds the robot rental. That is what \"no extra cost\" means: the solution fits inside it.

Accessories and consumables

Brushes, discs, squeegees, filters, detergents: we hold the stock and reorder from the supervision platform before you run out.

To introduce Facilibot

You are…

Seven families, one spirit

Seven families,
one animal each.

For each use, the best model on the market — integrated under one identity your teams remember.

How to read a Facilibot name

The family states the use, the first digit the size class, the digit after the dot the manufacturer — .1 Pudu Robotics, .2 Keenon, .3 Sparkoz. Your teams talk about a TEO 3.1 without having to remember a commercial model name — and if we change supplier, the reference stays the same.

This naming system has a history. The first robotic scrubber Facilibot deployed was the Avidbots Neo, back in 2018 in airports and shopping centres. Then came the TBOT family — TEO, TEO XL, TED — whose three letters became our families of use.

The reorganisation, in figures

More service,
cheaper and more reliable.

Nine cases, nine baselines rebuilt. The manual service drops by 7 to 73%: those savings fund the robots, and the service becomes more frequent and more reliable.

FlipbookThe nine case studies

One site per page: areas, hours, budget before and after, savings achieved.

Online pre-study — cleaning

Five minutes to fill in,
48 hours for the study.

It covers cleaning. Describe your areas, your frequencies and your budget: we give you the costed study back within 48 hours. Nothing is sent without your agreement.

01 Your sector and your service line

It guides which families we propose and points to the closest case study.

Service line covered by this pre-study

A floor is measured in square metres, a patrol in rounds, a flow in trips: three different units, so three separate calculations.

02 Your areas

One area per line: size, floor, current frequency. The floor drives the choice of robot as much as the area.

03 Your existing equipment

What is already on site. Some machines are kept, others become redundant. Optional.

04 Your budget

05 Your documents and your objective

Two documents are enough to turn this estimate into a real study, ready within 48 hours.

Your priority objective

It guides the organisation we will cost: lower the budget, raise the frequency, or secure continuousity.

06 Your contact details

So we can send you the study and agree an audit date.

Eurobots,
our gateway to
the European market.

Facilibot selects, tests and integrates. Eurobots is the way in: trials on real sites, structured field feedback, then integration under the Facilibot naming system.

  • Trials in live operation on customer sites — not at trade shows or in demos
  • Listing under the Facilibot naming system and access to our branch network
  • Group purchasing and shared logistics between European partners
The European Robotics Platform

We are looking first for machines covering uses we do not yet serve: inspection quadrupeds and manipulation humanoids.
